These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and any orders you place for products sold by us. By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

4. Products & Availability

We sell physical clothing and related accessories inspired by the gaming culture. Product descriptions, images and colors are provided for convenience and illustration. All products are subject to availability. We may limit the quantities of any products or discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us (for example, due to suspected fraud, stock issues, or incorrect pricing).

5. Prices, Currency & Taxes

5.1. Prices

Product prices are shown on the Site and may change from time to time. The price at checkout is the price applicable to your order. In general, prices are inclusive of applicable taxes based on your location and/or the rules applicable to us. Any additional charges (such as shipping) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

6. Payment

7. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we send you an order confirmation email. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order like explained above.

If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount paid to your original payment method.

8. Shipping & Delivery

8.1. Where We Ship

We ship to a wide range of countries, including (but not limited to):United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Most European countries (e.g., France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Netherlands, Czechia, etc.), Australia & New Zealand, Selected countries in the GCC region and Asia. Availability of shipping options may vary depending on your exact address and the options shown at checkout.

8.2. Typical Shipping Times

2–12 business days for USA, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain 
2–19 business days for Canada, Italy, Poland, Czechia 
2–14 business days for Australia & New Zealand 
6–18 business days for GCC countries 
8–24 business days for the rest of the world

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, customs, local conditions or peak periods.

8.3. Shipping Costs & Duties

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Our pricing is generally designed so that delivery charges already take into account any expected taxes and import duties where possible. However, in some situations local authorities or carriers may still request additional payments (duties, taxes, handling fees, etc.). If you receive an unexpected customs or import charge, please contact us at contact.raidersmarket@gmail.com with details, and we will review the situation and may reimburse or assist where applicable.

Please keep all receipts or documentation related to such charges if you want us to review them.

9. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may be able to return your items under the conditions below.

9.1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

9.2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items should generally be: 1.Unworn and unwashed 2. In their original condition and packaging 3.With all original tags and labels attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

9.3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any non-refundable shipping charges or fees where applicable.

10. Cancellations & Order Changes

We start processing orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or cancelled, especially if it is already being prepared or shipped. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us at contact.raidersmarket@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we will do our best to help.

If we are unable to change or cancel the order in time, you may still be able to use our return process after delivery, subject to the conditions above.

11. Errors, Inaccuracies & Availability

Despite our efforts, the Site may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including but not limited product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges or times, availability. We reserve the right to: 1.Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; 2.Change or update information at any time; 3.Cancel orders if any information on the Site or relating to the order is inaccurate (including after an order has been submitted), in which case we will provide a refund if you have already been charged.

12. Accounts & Security

Creating an account on the Site is optional. You may be able to check out as a guest.

If you create an account you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.

15. User-Generated Content

From time to time, you may be able to submit content related to our products, such as: 1.Reviews, comments or feedback, 2.Photos or videos of you wearing or using our products, 3.Social media posts in which you tag us or use our branded hashtags.

By posting or submitting such content and making it publicly available, you grant Speranza Aesthetic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to: 1.Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display such content, 2.In connection with our brand and products, including on our Site, social media channels and marketing materials.

We will use such content in a reasonable manner and, where possible, give appropriate credit (for example, by showing your username or handle). You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that give you the right to bring claims in your country of residence, you agree that the courts of France shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

21. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any additional policies referenced on the Site (such as our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Speranza Aesthetic regarding your use of the Site and your purchases.
