We want you to love your Speranza Aesthetic's gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.

Changing or cancelling your order

If you’ve chosen the wrong size, color, or item, or if you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.raidersmarket@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order is being processed or shipped, we can no longer guarantee changes or cancellations. In that case, you may still be able to return the item once it arrives, under the terms below.

Return window

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your order.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we’re usually unable to offer a refund.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a refund the article must be:

  • Unworn and unwashe
  • In their original condition and packaging
  •  With all original tags and labels attached

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is generally the responsibility of the customer. We’ll give you the appropriate return instructions and address when you contact us.


Wrong, damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us at contact.raidersmarket@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
When confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost, and you will not be required to return the item in most cases.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
